Kuljeet Gill

Kuljeet is a partner in our company commercial group and leads our team nationally in the formulation and delivery of partnership and joint venture arrangements for real estate projects. She is recognised as a leader in her field in developing innovative financing and structural solutions for long term property based partnerships.
She advises on public/public partnerships and public/private partnerships acting for both the public and private sector. She leads a multi disciplinary team, engaging specialists in our real estate, State aid, local government, procurement, banking and tax teams to structure the optimum delivery solution for her clients.
She advises across the public sector, including local authorities and the Homes and Communities Agency. She also advises investors/funders and developers on their involvement in partnerships with the public sector. She has considerable experience of guiding clients (whether on the public sector or private sector side) through formal procurement processes, including EU public procurement processes.
She regularly contributes to industry publications and speaks at industry conferences/forums.
