Damian is a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Management Group, specialising in Real Estate Dispute Resolution. He jointly leads the teams in Leeds and Newcastle.

Damian specialises in property disputes involving a variety of landlord and tenant, real property and insolvency matters. He has a distinguished track record for leading on complex, high profile and heavyweight disputes.

He is regarded as a leading specialist in property related contentious telecommunication matters and disputes involving the Electronic Communications Code.

As well as handling property related disputes, Damian also has a strong reputation as a specialist in advising on risk management and policy and in handling complaints and claims of discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, acting for service providers and public bodies. 

He has written a number of articles and client briefings on the Equality Act 2010 and the Electronic Communications Code. He is also a regular speaker at seminars and bespoke training sessions for clients.

Damian is the Chairman of the Property Litigation Association’s Northern Region and a member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum and the RICS Telecommunications Forum.

He is regarded as a leading individual in both Chambers Legal Directory and Legal 500.
