Career

Thomas Roullet is a senior associate in our Corporate M&A team. He advises and assists a wide range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs to international listed groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financial (re-)structuring and corporate governance. He is also regularly advises his clients on banking and regulatory matters.

During his studies, Thomas worked as a legal and commercial assistant for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical groups. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked as an associate in a renowned Swiss law firm, focusing on corporate law and M&A.

Active in the associative world, Thomas is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (OdA), the Swiss Bar Association (FSA) and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

Education

Thomas studied at the University of Geneva. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 2013 and a Master’s degree in business law in 2015. During the same year, Thomas also obtained a Certificate in Transnational Law (CTL) as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Profession from the University of Geneva.
