Career
Cyril Troyanov has a wide experience in advising international high net-worth individuals, assisting them in the development and management of their corporate and personal projects, including immigration, acquisitions, real estate, family asset structuring and estate planning. In the frame of his activities, Cyril cooperates on a regular basis with legal advisors, tax experts and consultants throughout the world to find and implement the best solution adapted to his clients’ needs.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Cyril was a partner of two Swiss law firms: Altenburger LTD legal+tax, (2011-2020), and Secretan Troyanov (1986-2010), where he led primarily the Business Russia/CIS – Switzerland teams. He graduated from the University of Geneva (lic. iur., 1980) and New York University School of Law (MCJ, 1985). He was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 1983 and to the New York Bar in 1986.

Cyril is a member of the Geneva Association of Business Law (Association Genevoise du Droit des Affaires (AGDA)), the Association of International Business Lawyers (AIBL), the Geneva Bar Association (Ordre des Avocats (OdA)), the Swiss Bar Association, as well as of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is also a member of the Joint Chambers of Commerce in Zurich (JCC). Among his volunteer activities, he is a council member of the Foundation supervising and promoting the Geneva International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights (FIFDH).
