Regularly advises financial and non-financial companies in complex M&A and financial transactions in domestic and international market.
Over the past years, has taken part in several transactions involving Peruvian government entities and local companies, including the issue of US$ 475 million in American Depositary Shares of Graña y Montero Group in the New York Stock Exchange, the USD 625 million Global Depository Notes issue by UNACEM, the acquisition by Graña y Montero of a 44% stake in Adexus Chile, the joint bond securitization by Redesur and Tesur, the sale by Tech Data Corporation of its operations in Peru, the acquisition by Arca Continental of a majority stake in Corporación Lindley S.R.L (the largest bottling company in Peru) and advising Telefonica del Peru in its different tax claims against the Peruvian Government.
He has participated as speaker in the Business Opportunities for Latin America seminary organized by AIJA in Lima in 2011, in the Latin America Tax Planning Strategies Conferences organized by ABA in 2012 and 2015, and in the Latam Panel organized by STEP in New York in 2015.
