Katrina advises on a wide range of domestic and international corporate matters including M&A, venture and development capital, and buy-and-build strategies.

Katrina has advised on the acquisition of a number of technology-focused businesses, as well as transactions in the energy and life sciences sectors. Katrina recently advised Aurelius on the acquisition of Lloyds Pharmacy Group as well as Magnetar Capital on the disposal of KIMS hospital.
