Suet-Fern Lee is the Managing Partner of Morgan Lewis Stamford. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and corporate finance, and routinely leads some of the largest corporate transactions in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Her work also includes counseling companies and board of directors. She was awarded the Asian Legal Business Life Time Achievement Award, the Euromoney Asia Women Business Law Award for Mergers and Acquisitions and has also been featured in the book 100 Inspiring Rafflesians.

Suet Fern is a past President of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association. She is Chairman of the Asian Civilisations Museum and a member of the National Heritage Board, a member of the Advisory Board to the Law School at Singapore Management University, a trustee for Nanyang Technological University and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors. She also serves on the boards of several public listed companies.

Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC's team, which is 'always responsive with deep industrial knowledge', is growing its ranks of foreign-qualified lawyers, and is increasing its share of cross-border and multinational deals. It advised IndoSpace on the formation of a joint venture with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) to focus on acquiring modern logistics facilities in India. The Singapore team is developing a strong connection to the firm's offices in Boston, Silicon Valley, Hong Kong and Shanghai, and has experienced strong deal inflow from the US and high levels of activity related to indonesia, Malaysia and India.
