  • Acted for the iflix group on securing one of the first pre-pack schemes under Singapore’s Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act (No. 40 of 2018) since it came into force on 30 July 2020.
  • Advised BNP Paribas in claims against a defaulting borrower and enforcement against security, co-ordinating a multi-jurisdictional effort which ultimately led to a successful and very substantial recovery.
  • Instructed by three major creditors of TPT Shipping, which involved deploying three teams (subject to strictly enforced information barriers) – two in Singapore and one in Hong Kong, with assistance from the London office in each case – to handle issues arising from the collapse of TPT Shipping in New Zealand.
