Dr. Uwe Goetker is a partner and a member of the corporate department, where his practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law and M&A transactions, including private equity and acquisition financing. He has extensive experience in national and international corporate acquisitions and joint ventures and advises in this regard both, strategic and financial investors. In the area of restructuring and insolvency Uwe advises creditors, shareholders, debtors – and their management – regarding distressed situations. In addition, Uwe advises regularly “distressed debt/asset“ investors and vendors.
