With ‘deep and comprehensive knowledge of various jurisdictions’, Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría‘s 23-strong M&A and corporate practice is highly focused on corporate advisory work (both contractual and commercial), as well as major investment operations, such as M&A deals, divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs and other significant strategic transactions.
