Stephen Shi advises private equity and corporate clients on cross-border M&A transactions in Asia and globally, drawing on extensive experience handling transactions with a nexus to the Greater China region.
Mr. Shi helps top-tier private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as multinational and Chinese corporations, successfully execute a wide range of complex and high-stakes transactions, including:
