Ji Liu, Regional Chair of Latham & Watkins’ Corporate Department in Asia, advises clients on all aspects of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Mr. Liu leverages his problem-solving mentality and extensive market experience to help world-leading companies, investment banks, and trustees navigate:

Latham & Watkins Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise‘s corporate M&A team is headed up by Hong Kong-based Ji Liu, who is also the chair for the firm’s Asia corporate department.
