Successful representations include General Motors, Boeing, AbbVie, McDonald’s, Hecla Mining, Sanderson Farms, Ally Financial, Abbott Laboratories, PricewaterhouseCoopers, GTCR and Morgan Stanley. Tried cases in state and federal courts, and argued appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and numerous appellate courts. Advises on corporate governance and acts as counsel to special board committees.
