Chris Greco represents debtors, creditors, equity holders, sponsors, boards of directors and investors in all aspects of corporate restructuring transactions (in and out of court) across a variety of different industries. Chris has advised clients in some of the most complex and contentious bankruptcy proceedings in recent years.
