Sushma Jobanputra, Partner-in-Charge of Jones Day’s Singapore Office, advises clients on banking, restructuring, and corporate matters. Having practiced in London, Toronto, Paris, and Singapore, her practice includes structured and acquisition finance, cross-border restructuring and regulatory advisory work across Asia-Pacific, including Singapore, India, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Australia. Sushma is a member of the Singapore Management University’s Expert Panel on Cross-Border Commercial Law as well as the National University of Singapore’s Law Advisory Council.
