A large team at Ferrere represents clients in all manner of disputes, carrying out commercial, constitutional and administrative litigation, as well as local and international arbitration. It regularly represents multinational corporations and international financial institutions in such diverse sectors as construction, pharmaceutical, energy, real estate, finance and agribusiness. The practice cooperates closely with its counterparts in the corporate, banking and finance and labour departments, as well as those in its Bolivian and Paraguayan offices. Practice head Sandra González has vast experience in disputes with government entities, as well as in those concerning energy and infrastructure projects. Alejandro Pintos is particularly strong in litigation and corporate and media disputes, whilst Soledad Díaz specialises in corporate and commercial disputes, in particular those regarding natural resources and infrastructure.
