Career

• Flor has been a Senior Counsel from Arias since 2021. She entered the firm on 2006 as an associate. She initiated her career on the National Records´ Center, specifically in commercial records. As part of her experience in Arias, she has assisted different national and international companies in the corporate area, such as: partnership´s constitution, transformation, changes, mergers, and dissolution; as well as the compliance of trade commitments, corporate government issues, regulatory areas, acquisitions, fundings and different types of contracts. She has participated on a diverse variety of property development´ projects, mentoring about acquisitions and selling of properties, the registration and incorporation of condominium regimes, guarantees´ establishment and everything related with the real estate public registry. Flor assisted companies on the electricity industry, by participating on public bids and regulatory matters.
