Elyn Xing is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity group and Private Investment Funds practice. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies, including debt, real estate, growth capital and emerging markets funds. Ms. Xing is a native Mandarin speaker with extensive international experiences in advising both Asian and global fund sponsors/managers.
