Tim Davison is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Tim also has significant experience drafting and advising on a variety of cross-border commercial matters for clients in the technology, life sciences and media sectors, including manufacturing agreements, strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, software as a service (SaaS) agreements, joint development agreements, and supply of goods and services agreements.
