Connie Simmons Taylor handles commercial real estate transactions, primarily representing developers. She advises clients in a wide variety of matters relating to office, industrial and retail leasing (representing mostly landlords, but with some tenant representation); sale, acquisition and development of property; and real estate financing matters (construction and permanent). She is the Co-Chair of the Real Estate and Construction Practice Group.
