Career
Ms. Stover’s practice focuses on the representation and strategic counseling of energy industry clients (including electric utilities, owners and developers of conventional and renewable generation, large electric customers, and retail electric providers) in regulatory matters and litigation before the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, other state and federal agencies and the courts. Ms. Stover also counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and other corporate transactions in the energy sector; as well as financing and siting of power infrastructure projects. In addition, Ms. Stover has counseled clients related to permitting issues before the Texas Railroad Commission, and counseled both water utilities and industrial customers regarding regulatory issues before the PUCT.
