Position

Tina is the head of Doyle Clayton’s Thames Valley office. She is a highly regarded and experienced employment lawyer with particular expertise in discrimination and whistleblowing cases, senior executive exits, outsourcing and TUPE, restructuring and redundancy programmes.

She works predominately with corporate clients and regularly advises senior executives.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2001 Tina served for eight years as an Army Officer specialising in human resources and change management. Tina has therefore dealt with employment law matters as a practitioner as well as a lawyer. She joined Doyle Clayton in 2005 and was made a Partner in 2008 and then went onto become the Head of the Thames Valley office in 2009.
