Position

Wael Jabsheh serves as co-partner in charge of the Abu Dhabi office and concentrates on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity as well as general corporate and commercial matters. He also advises on complex matters relating to technology, communications, cybersecurity and intellectual property. Mr. Jabsheh is fluent in Arabic, has been based in the United Arab Emirates since 2005 and has extensive experience advising on corporate and TMT transactions in the Middle East, North Africa and the Indian subcontinent. He advises a variety of sovereign and private clients, including Middle East-based and international companies and financial institutions in multibillion- and multimillion- dollar deals.
