Richard heads up the corporate team and is a recognised and respected corporate lawyer specialising in M & A and private equity with over 25 years’ experience with a particular focus on international work.

Richard specialises in corporate finance and has worked with a range of clients on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins and private equity deals as well as advising on joint ventures and shareholders arrangements. Richard has advised many overseas companies on cross border mergers. He has significant sector experience in a wide range of sectors in particular, technology, retail and food and drink.
