Gavin is a senior associate in our construction team. Recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in The Legal 500, Gavin advises on claims relating to interim and final account payments and valuations, delay, extensions of time, termination and variations, as well as construction professional negligence.

Acting for household name SME and PLC contractors as well as local authority and SME employers and a leading professional indemnity insurer for construction professionals, Gavin draws on his understanding of the commercial drivers of both parties to a construction contract to provide the pragmatic and solution-focused advice which his clients value.
