Position

Kellyann is a Partner at Collas Crill and heads the award winning International Private Client and Trusts practice in Jersey. She has over 15 years’ experience in private client work and is both a Jersey advocate and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

She acts for a range of professional trustees (local and international trust companies and bank owned trust companies), settlors, beneficiaries and ultra high net worth individuals. She advises on all aspects of Jersey law concerning wills, succession, foundations and trusts. Kellyann’s work often involves assisting the Jersey dispute resolution team (in both non-contentious and contentious court applications, including variation, rectification and mistake applications), corporate and property teams, as well as the UK real estate team.

 

Career

Qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with Shakespeares Solicitors in 2007. Admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2010. Became an affiliate member of STEP in 2014. Worked at Bedell Cristin from September 2007 to March 2015. Joined Collas Crill as a partner in March 2015.

Kellyann Ozouf leads the practice, assisting with matters concerning trusts, foundations, wills and succession planning, while Craig Dinnett handles a range of contentious and non-contentious issues relating to trusts. The firm augmented its wills, probate and estate planning capacity with the September 2022 arrival of Victoria Grogan from Ogier.
