Position
Jenna is a partner in the corporate and finance group of Carey Olsen’s Cayman Islands office. She advises on a broad range of banking and finance transactions as well as general corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Jenna also has expertise advising on financial restructurings including Cayman Islands schemes of arrangement. She has advised on numerous complex cross-border restructurings, insolvencies, refinancings, distressed M&A, security enforcement and high yield bond restructurings.
Career
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Jenna was with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto. Jenna was admitted to the bar in Canada in 2010 and as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2019.

Jenna is a member of 100 Women in Finance, INSOL International, IWIRC, RISA (Cayman Islands) and the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
Education
Jenna graduated with a JD from Queen’s University and a BSc in Mathematical Science from McMaster University. She was admitted to the bar in Ontario, Canada in 2010.
