Harriet Mills
Position
Harriet is a senior associate in the property team in the Cayman Islands. She advises on all aspects of Cayman real estate including development, high value investment, landlord and tenant, joint ventures, real estate finance and corporate structured real estate transactions.
Harriet has acted for a range of clients in respect of their property activities with particular focus on hotel and mixed-use development schemes and infrastructure projects. Her client base ranges from experienced property developers, local banks, to entrepreneurs and start-ups looking to open a new business in the Cayman Islands.
Career
Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2023, Harriet worked for a top tier international law firm where she acted on major London and outer London development projects, purchases and sales of some of the largest shopping centres and retail parks around England and Wales, and asset managed portfolios of properties for top high street retailers.
Harriet graduated with first class honours in Law and Mathematics and was awarded a university prize for special achievement in Law.
