Megan is a senior associate advising financial institutions, funds, investment managers, administrators and other service providers on a wide range of Cayman Islands regulatory and compliance matters, including CIMA licensing and registration requirements, economic substance, sanctions, beneficial ownership, anti-money laundering and counter terrorist-financing, and administrative fines.
Before joining Ogier in 2022, Megan worked for seven years as a member of a top-ranked financial markets team at a leading New Zealand law firm, where she specialised in financial services regulatory matters.
