I’m a Senior Associate within the Litigation and Insolvency practice in the BVI, dealing with general commercial litigation, distressed debt and insolvency, regulatory and injunctive matters.
Career
I moved to the BVI in early 2019, having spent the previous five years working for Eversheds Sutherland out of its Cardiff office, working in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team. I act in a wide range of commercial litigation, contentious trusts and insolvency matters and have particular experience of debt recovery, subrogated insurance recovery and liability claims.
