Position

Andy is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in the industrial, engineering and manufacturing sector, and also heads up Brodies’ sports practice.

He has a strong breadth and depth of experience in UK and cross-border commercial law, including complex commercial contracts (such as outsourcing arrangements, distribution and agency agreements, technology, goods and services agreements), intellectual property and data protection. Andy advises on both transactional and advisory work for some of Scotland’s best known industrial and sporting organisations.

Andy also advises clients in a range of other sectors including cosmetics, transport and infrastructure, food and drink, and hotels and leisure. Having previously worked for a Franco-American law firm in Paris and with extensive in-house legal experience, Andy provides commercially-focused advice and quickly identifies risk.
