Position

Kirstyn is an Associate in our Government, Regulation and Competition Team. She has particular experience in representing clients in high profile public inquiries, helping to guide them through what can be a complex and lengthy process.

Kirstyn has also represented clients in disputes in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts and has experience of advising clients in relation to judicial review proceedings; representing clients in Fatal Accident Inquires; and appearing before regulatory tribunals.
