Career
Alex is a Commercial law partner in Brachers’ Corporate and Commercial team. He advises corporates and lenders on a wide range of commercial transactions including project development and financing, joint venture and shareholding arrangements, direct corporate lending and Islamic finance structures.
Alex has more than 15 years’ experience advising on commercial transactions. Before joining Brachers in 2019, Alex worked as a commercial lawyer in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, including a number of years at one of the world’s largest law firms.
His team was shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Deal of the Year and Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year at the South East Dealmakers Awards 2021.
