Sarah is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Restructuring & Insolvency teams. She specialises in chancery litigation predominantly involving the Companies Act, the Insolvency Act, partnership/shareholder disputes, complex contractual claims, professional negligence, debt recovery and commercial fraud. A skilled mediation advocate, Sarah endorses a holistic approach to litigation whilst sustaining an excellent track record at trial or interim applications. Clients include a major insurance company, large PLCs and substantial owner managed businesses.

Career

Sarah trained at Fox Williams before moving to BP Collins upon qualification. She joined IBB Law in 2010 and made Partner in 2020.

Sarah gained her LLB (Hons) from The London School of Economics and her LPC from The College of Law.
