Eleanor Rattay is a Partner in the Commercial Property department and regularly advises Landlords and Tenants on a wide range of commercial property matters. Eleanor also acts for investors, developers and FTSE 100 companies in relation to acquisitions, disposals and refinancing and is a key member of the Alternative Lending and Secured Lending team.
As well as commercial property, Eleanor specialises in agricultural property. She advises on tenancies under the AHA 1986 and ATA 1995 as well as sales and acquisitions of rural land, including dealing with telecoms and unregistered title.
