Mauro has over 25 years’ experience in advising clients on contentious and non-contentious intellectual property related issues.

Mauro advises on all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trade marks, passing off, designs, database rights and confidential information. Mauro also advises advertising matters, online infringement and assists clients with multi-jurisdictional IP disputes. He also has experience in acting as a supervising solicitor.
