Ben has been a partner since 2003 and he specialises in all aspects of commercial property litigation, including LTA 1954 Act lease renewals, forfeiture claims, large dilapidations disputes, enforcement of tenants’ covenants, boundary disputes and Pubs Code arbitrations.

Ben is our Retail and Leisure sector lead, heading a team with an impressively broad client list of household names and leading brands in these sectors, providing insights to our clients on all relevant  legal developments as they arise.

Ben is also particularly renowned in the licenced and leisure sector and currently acts for 3 of the UK’s large Pub Owning Businesses , as well as for other large UK landlords in all aspects of property litigation.
