Seray Kitchingman
Position
Seray is a Principal Associate in the firm’s corporate department, based in the London office. Seray specialises in advising on corporate transactions including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, equity investment, group reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, articles of association and general company law advice.
Seray also acts for a number of commercial lenders providing advice on all aspects of secured lending, including real estate finance, development finance and acquisition finance matters.
