Position

Tony is a partner and heads the NHS Resolution (formerly NHSLA) clinical negligence team. He has extensive experience in acting for the NHS, having specialised in this area since 1986 and having spent six years in-house as one of a team of regional legal advisers.
He has managed multi-party group litigation, including the HIV haemophiliac litigation and has advised the NHS on a number of high-profile claims and inquiries. Tony now specialises in managing high-value and complex clinical negligence claims, whilst providing advice on complex healthcare issues such as treatment decisions and risk management.
