Mark Poulston
Position
Mark heads the pensions team at Weightmans. He acts for private and public sector clients on a wide range of pensions law matters including risk reduction projects, amending scheme documentation, the resolution of pensions disputes and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.
Mark has been described by the Legal 500 directory as “having a wealth of pensions experience” gained from over 20 years of pensions practice. He has previously worked in-house for a major pensions provider, gaining practical experience of scheme management and trusteeship.
Mark is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
