Janice joined our Chelmsford office 1998. Before moving into private practice, she worked for the Home Office Immigration and Nationality Department.
Janice specialises in all aspects of UK business immigration, family applications, EEA applications and nationality law. She has particular expertise in the points based system, Tiers 1, 2 and 5, including applications for sponsor licences, sponsored migrants and applications for entrepreneurs. She is well known for her work with media clients, particularly in the sphere of advertising film producers. Her clients are drawn from all sectors, including multinational corporations to SMEs, production companies and high net worth individuals. Janice also enjoys advising personal clients on their family applications.
