David specialises in high value, complex financial cases arising from divorce, especially where businesses or dynastic wealth is involved. His clients include sports and media personalities, CEOs, business and land owners and often vulnerable parties, reliant on a wealthy spouse’s financial resources who might be worried about their future. He can also advise on injunctive relief, where there is a risk of assets being dissipated or placed beyond the Court’s reach

David’s less combative work includes wealth protection, drafting marital agreements in anticipation of a wedding or living together. He is considered one of the country’s leading experts when it comes to representing both parties in divorce, where they wish to separate amicably using the same solicitor.

David acts for parents, relatives and carers who cannot agree on issues concerning children. Those matters might include relocating with a child, either in the UK or overseas, disputes in relation to medical care or education or generally what the framework for a child’s care should be.
