Career

Gina has long standing specialist work health safety expertise, having worked in top and mid-tier firms on major transactions for global, national and domestic businesses and has applied that knowledge to build her continually growing client base, profile and brand in the WHS/OHS market place. Her expertise includes advising on procurement matters, such as the application of Australia’s labour hire licensing scheme and modern slavery legislation, and conducts critical, commercially and reputationally sensitive probity investigations on major infrastructure projects.

Gina actively participates in member forums and presents at conferences and member education and training events on safety issues. Gina also provides support and guidance to in-house counsel on matters involving safety regulatory investigations.

Gina also has longstanding workplace relations expertise and provides support to the broader workplace relations team and her clients on employment, workers compensation, safety and industrial relations interrelated disputes.

Gina has been recognised in the Best LawyersTM in Australia in both the Occupational Health & Safety and Employee Benefits categories since 2017, and is recognised as a Leading Workplace Health & Safety Lawyer in Doyles Guide.
