Hathaichanok is a qualified attorney in Thailand. She possesses an Attorney-at-Law License issued by the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She also received a Certificate of Intellectual Property and International Trade Law issued by the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court of Thailand. She currently handles domestic trademark prosecution.

Prior to joining Ananda Intellectual Property in 2021, Hathaichanok worked with several intellectual property law firms in Thailand where she gained significant experience which includes conducting trademark searches, filing applications, responding to office actions, and filing appeals before the Department of Intellectual Property, Thailand. She also handled patent, copyright, and domain name prosecution.
