Rob heads our Corporate team.
He has considerable experience and expertise advising on merger & acquisition work, private equity and venture capital investments, other corporate matters and banking & finance matters.
Over a number of years Rob has also developed a special interest in the education sector, undertaking acquisitions, disposals and strategic reviews for clients who operate in and investors (both domestic and overseas) who wish to invest into the UK education sector.

Rob understands the issues which affect clients in the sector and has written numerous articles on various topics, speaks and hosts seminars for for-profit education operators.
