Career

Hui served as an officer in the maritime administration of Guangdong prior to joining Wang Jing & Co. in 1999. Hui specializes in maritime and admiralty law, ocean engineering, international trading and disputes over ship building and ship financing. Among the hundreds of complicated cases he has handled, dozens of them have been chosen as model cases by different courts. Hui attended hearings conducted by English courts and gave testimonies as expert witness for Chinese law. He has extensive experience in representing reputed domestic and foreign P&I Clubs, insurers, shipping lines, trading companies and banks. He is also retained as legal counsel by many companies for regular legal advice and risk control.
