Career

Caroline practices in all aspects of private family law, advising on financial remedy proceedings, Children Act proceedings, divorce and dissolution, separation and advice to unmarried couples.  She has a growing and substantial practice in wealth protection regularly advising high net worth clients in respect of pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and the protection of their assets generally.

Caroline’s client base is not only Surrey, but also London and the wider South East.  A number of her clients are also international.

Caroline studied for her LPC at the College of Law Guildford attaining a Distinction, qualified as a solicitor in 2006, and as a Mediator in 2012. Caroline joined TWM in 2010, making Partner in 2018 and Head of Department in 2021.
