Stephen is leader of Tozers’ cross-departmental Social Housing Practice Group which acts for a majority of the South West’s registered social landlords. He has developed a niche area of practice working in the social housing sector specialising in non-contentious RP property law, gaining exposure to many complex transactions. Stephen first began acting for RPs in 1995 when he dealt with the acquisition of sites for development on a shared ownership basis.
