Position

Gábor is a member of the Corporate and M&A team at Taylor Wessing in Budapest. He advises national and international clients from various industries on their domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint venture deals.

Beyond transactions, he also supports chief legal counsels of multinational companies with cross-border legal advice, coordinates lawyers in different jurisdictions in international legal projects and advises decision makers on complex restructuring, general corporate and commercial matters. Due to his many years of experience, Gábor will also consult developers, property owners, financiers, designers, lessors and lessees in their (cross-border) real estate/construction-related matters.

Having advised major (online) slot machine operators and manufacturers on regulatory and commercial matters, Gábor has gained special sector knowledge on gaming in recent years and is a sought-after speaker at leading international gaming conferences.
