Wong continues to defend Maestro Swiss Chocolate and subsidiaries in a long-runniong passing off dispute with Chocosuisse, now in the Court of Appeal. Abraham oversaw a raid of premises wherein counterfeit shoes bearing the trade mark of client Tony Burch were being sold.
